Biography Instructor Jay Brown has a long standing appreciation of the martial arts and over the years he has studied several disciplines. In 2005 Jay began training in Combat Hapkido and he has been training in that style ever since. Jay trains under Master Frank Huff (Vice-President/New Jersey State Director of the International Combat Hapkido Federation). He also trains several times a year directly under Grandmaster John Pellegrini (Founder Combat Hapkido). Jay currently holds the rank of Second Degree Black Belt in Combat Hapkido with the International Combat Hapkido Federation and First Degree Black Belt in Hapkido with the World Ki-Do Federation/Hanminjok Hapkido Association. His rank is registered with the South Korean Government through the Ministry of Education and Culture. Jay lives in Burlington Township, NJ with his wife, Jackie and their two sons, Thomas and Tyler. Thomas currently holds the rank of Second Degree Black Belt in Combat Hapkido with the International Combat Hapkido Federation and First Degree Black Belt in Hapkido with the World Ki-Do Federation/Hanminjok Hapkido Association. He has also received specialized training in Ground Survival techniques under Master David Rivas and ATS Pressure Points under Master Mark Gridley. Thomas is an Honor Roll student and recipient of his High Schools 2008 People’s Choice Award. He currently attends Burlington County College. Biography
Tyler Brown
Tyler started training in martial arts at the age of 4 and has been training continuously for 9 years. Tyler currently has a Second Degree Black Belt in Tang Soo Do. He trains under Master Waldemar Bonilla, 5th Degree Black Belt and is a proud member of the International Martial Arts Association. Tyler has started cross training in Combat Hapkido.
